Nenzinger Himmel
Nature Park Enclosed by majestic mountains with lush meadows - the beautiful Nenzinger Himmel nature park. A world of its own, rich in alpine flora, foaming wild streams, waterfalls, ponds and farms. A fantastic walking paradise around the romantic traditional holiday village with a total of 180 holiday huts, the Hotel Gamperdona and the Cafe Nenzinger Himmel are waiting here.

The road goes 16 kilometres into the Gamperdonatal and is closed for public traffic. The nature paradise can only be reached with a shuttle bus or on foot. The bus journey to "heaven on earth" is quite an experience. Book beforehand to ensure a seat on the bus!

The pilgrimage chapel Kühbruck is located at the halfway mark. This chapel is dedicated to the Virgin Mother and every year in the early Summer there is a procession from Nenzing to Kühbruck to pray for a good year for the farmers.

Just 45 kilometres from Bregenz at Lake Constance - here is the lovely ****Alpencamping at 700 meters above sea level, in the high mountain region (up to 3.300 meters) at the foot of the famous nature park "Nenzinger Himmel".
